North Clackamas School District Stadium

In Spring of 2018 our Konell crew led by foremen Greg McIntosh, Dewey Clarke and demolition lead Josh Konell began the demolition and excavation of the 60 year old stadium at Alder Creek Middle School to clear the way for P&C Construction to build a new stadium using the same footprint in time for the Fall 2018 Football season for use by Milwaukie High School. Konell crews worked to excavate the footings, fire lane, ADA ramps and North Parking lot improvements. At the same time our crews performed the underground and prep work for the North parking lot as well as the visitor’s bleachers. All underground utilities, including Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and Domestic Water were replaced for the new Grandstands.
