Multnomah Kennel Club

In 2015, we at Konell had the opportunity to bid on a project that our late founder and owner, Steve Konell, viewed as a dream project. With a great team effort we began the demolition of The Multnomah Greyhound Park located in Wood Village, Oregon in April of 2016. Despite the rich history of the building, it simply was not salvageable, having sat vacant for over a decade. The current owner, The Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, moved to demolish the building “in effort to diversify its economic opportunities in Oregon, and to help general activity in the City of Wood Village.”.
